Oh come on think beyond AI, what about the future where teaching comes in pill form, or where knowledge gets directly injected into your brain.

I do love the "cheaper foreign teachers" comment, we've sent everything else out to India, so what the hey, teachers as well.

We have just spent 120k on a virtual reality teaching beta which has the capacity to teach groups of upto 16 8 hours a day. The teaching is delivered by a real person but is recorded.

In theory this can be used over and over again.

    So should save costs.

But I am dead against it.

I suspect it is more likely to quickly replace business development staff. The benefits are huge. Significant reductions in carbon emissions due to remote meetings and large reductions in business expenses due to the lower lubrication levels required.

It’s the future mate. In lots of industries. AI will drive trains and buses too one day. The unions know this.

While certainly I would see little need for University or College students to attend a lecture in person, ever. Or pay for it infact

I think kids, who are more often like ****ing uncontrollable monkeys will always need a physical teacher.
