I’d offer my services if the EFL could do ‘rolling subs’ - I can play for 15-20 minute bursts then need the same time for a rest. In todays inclusive world I should be able to demand that. Surely???

Tottenham transfer news: Alex Scott will definitely leave in next two transfer windows https://tbrfootball.com/tottenham-t...efinitely-leave-in-next-two-transfer-windows/
That was my first thought. Never heard of the guy, and Luton have been in the Championship for a couple of years now. Can’t say that he fills me with great confidence. Feels like a preparing for life in L1 signing….
I think we have sold him too cheaply as well. Bournemouth rumoured to be willing to pay £22.5m for a player with a handful of senior appearances for Villarreal, but only pay is £9m - wtf!
Doesn’t make sense as we turned down £10m, it must be more surely.,we don’t really know how much he went for
Ha - stop it, you know that everything’s better now with MA and LJ gone, we won’t repeat those “sell the family jewels” days!! RP, Wiz and co said so…..
We don’t know it’s 9m it’s only what the media are saying. Pearson said they met the valuation that we wanted for him without quoting figures. I’m guessing if we turned down £10 mill the other day we won’t say ok £9mill and you’ve got a deal.
Unless the £10m was the all in top line figure, but a £9m up front fee, with say, another £1-3m in add ons and a sell on clause, would make it a better offer.
We don’t know what the figures agreed were, I’d hope we got what we wanted, I’m sure we would have. Selling Semenyo was inevitable eventually, as long as we got a good deal and we get a good replacement. Over to Tins and Co to find a good replacement now
