We We are more likely to be awarded a penalty by way of a points deduction by the EFL than awarded a penalty in the 6-yard box for a foul!
COULD BE TRUE... a miss and then we embark on a what comes first? .. promotion to prem or scoring from a penalty [ as we get one every couple of games, or even 2 in a game! ]

thats basically 1 penalty in 2 years ... maybe the ref's fear getting mobbed by ecstatic fans if he gave one!
Maybe our players don’t create situations in the opposition penalty area where we might have the remotest chance of earning penalties ?
That was certainly true for most of last season. I think we have been unlucky on penalty calls going against us on a few occasions this season though.
