A few of the reliable transfer crowd also reporting that the Porro talks today went well and we’re nearly finalised, and that we may also look for a CB too if the right opportunity is there.

Bit of a risk either way, but Brentford might be the preferable option there.
He'd be competing with Castagne, Justin and Perreira at Leicester, though the latter two are injured.
Roerslev and an out-of-position Hickey would seem like easier competition, to me.
Frank's using the Scotsman on the left now, where he should be and the Dane can play CB.

    I’d pay to see that.

Apparently he’s even quoted as saying “I’ll do my best to keep Everton in the Prem”! <laugh>

Someone made a great point on Twitter too, we play Everton at GP on April Fools, the scenes if he scores.

Hook the national grid up to there on that day.

I think Brentford is by a distance the better option. Frank has set them up really well and they play good, forward-thinking football. There is also a really important 'feel-good' factor at the club due to their recent achievements which is so crucial for a youngster who by this point is probably wondering how and why his career was derailed so abruptly.

Leicester is all a bit toxic at the moment - always a risk to throw a youngster into a relegation battle played out in front of a disillusioned crowd waving those stupid paper clapper things.

It's also less disruptive for him to move to Brentford, I'd have thought.
Easier for the club to keep an eye on him, too.

Looking at the videos of Danjuma he looks exciting but who is going to be busier, the opposition defence or our physio pulling splinters out of his arse through sitting on the bench game in game out

Apparently PSV are interested. Would be a very good option as I find the Dutch league, although of an overall lower quality, blends the technical ability of Spain with aspects of the more physical leagues like here and Germany.

Would hopefully slot straight into the newly-created Noni Madueke shaped hole in their attack, although IIRC Anwar el-Ghazi has got quite a few minutes this season so he could be competition for that spot.

They've just signed Fabio Silva on loan from Wolves, so competition up top could be an issue.

Lots of attacking options for 4 places, in my opinion.
They could just be replacing Gakpo and Madueke though, I suppose.

Think Max Kilman from Wolves would be a superb buy this window or next. Been very impressed. Big, strong athletic and good on the ball. Can play LCB and CCB.

And I'm not even paid to do it!

    <laugh>

Although technically I was born into stupidity, for which my ancestors must shoulder the blame for lumbering me with the support of Banter FC.

I do recall a heated argument with my dad some time in the mid 90's. We'd probably just been hammered by Bolton or something and I put up a load of Man United posters in my room to protest the injustice of it all.

The next day, I came home from school. Posters were gone, as were all of my books, games, clothes and bedding.

I got the hint. Darren Anderton and Ruel Fox were back on the wall in no time and I resolved to continue suffering in silence <laugh>

I never bothered to rebel...but it helped that within 4 years of being taken to my first game, we'd won more than we've won in the last half of my life.

Danjuma isn't a very exciting signing tbh. Another 'also ran' to add to a long list.
