I'd be shocked if Bielsa took the everton job this late in january. I'd be fine if he did. It would add a bit of intrigue to the rest of the season - though the social media meltdown might be unbearable.

In general, I'd much rather we were safe in midtable, but part of me likes the tension of every match feeling so important.

that would be a great start... but i'm greedy, i want to beat the mancs. Somewhat bizzarly fixture wise, forest play the mancs twice (in the league cup) and then us. We play forest and then the mancs twice.

The problem we have is that we should never be in this position, but here we are and it ain’t great and more and more pressure going on to the players and Marsch. The pressure with some players is like a bonus but from what I’ve seen at Leeds pressure hurts us. Georginio (hopefully) Sinisterra, Gnonto , Summerville, Rodrigo seem to cope well enough but it’s further back where the wheels tend to come off. Until we put points on the board and have some back to back wins we will carry on the depressing debate about Marsch

Not sure about Armas, he was panned by fans at Toronto and Scum ... known as Airpods Armas

Gnonto is just one example of how excellent a DoF Victor Orta is, we're lucky to have him

The eight commandments is not from Elland Road, that's just someone trying to cause division ... that was only seen once, on the pre-season Aus tour before the Perth Glory game, that's why it's a general message rather than specific tactics about the opposition

That's no shock. I could see him taking it in the summer but not in the middle of a season. He'd need 3 weeks to watch every Everton game from the last 2 seasons in prep alone.

It's funny you know, I said to Ben at the weekend, if you had to chose between safety and an FA Cup win, what would you take? He has changed his mind about 6 times since and still can't decide.

For me 100% I wouldn't care about relegation if we won the Cup. We'd bounce back anyway if we went down and getting 110 points in the Championship would have to be more fun than grinding out a few points every month - onwards and upwards :emoticon-0167-beer:<diva>

Hoping for a good cup run myself. Win on Saturday and still some easier teams we could draw. Nothing wrong with going the easier route.

If we can’t go on a cup run and handle the likes of scum and Forest with the amount of “quality” players we now have then we don’t deserve to be in the PL
With regards to Marcelo taking the Everton job I don’t think/ hope he doesn’t
Having said that part of me wants him to so he can put 2 fingers up to Radrrizani and the 49ers

Leicester want Harrison, Newcastle may still want him but not at £35m. One wonders if the Weston McKennie story is because Leeds are flogging Harrison? Only a few days left in the window so will find out soon enough

Thankfully the Accrington v Boreham game looks like it's going ahead, the last thing we needed was a Saturday off, then playing midweek catchup.

Yeah, got to agree, first thought was no, we need to stay in the PL, hopefully to attract investors. But then the FA Cup would be great, hopefully we could come back up, first attempt.

Agree and I had my moan a few weeks back and many other times about lack of effort in cups. Glad we have a manager at last who is bothered to try
