Haven't heard anything on Evans' injury from the weekend but I wouldn't have thought he would be risked at the weekend so you may well be spot on.
Evans will be assessed in the next 24 hours, although Mowbray is already minded to leave him out of Saturday’s FA Cup fourth-round game at Fulham regardless of what this week’s medical tests reveal.

Fabulous move getting Ekwah in.

If we can also get Lihadji this would be a signing that would really excite.
Young lad that's been linked with big moves but has lost his way a bit
Could have a similar impact to Amad. I think it would be a real coup.

He's the player we have lined up to replace Amad I suspect. 6 months to settle in, have a few run outs, get a full pre season and hit the ground running next season.

I assume they know each other from France u18 or u20s or similar. Lihadji and Ekwah are probably well aware of Ba and Michut from French youth footy. KLD pulling on the French connections as well. Exciting times.

Speaks very well doesn't he. That's the other thing I've noticed about these young lads we have signed, they all seem switched on. Going back to Cirkins first interview, Hume etc. A lot of work must go into researching their characters as well.

Isn't it an absolute revelation aswell, always seeme like we signed vast majority of players due to bad character and them being happy to come here and phone it in!

Be interesting to see what Man Utd do with Amad. Arguably, he's playing the best and most consistent football of his career. Barely played at Atalanta, Man Utd or Rangers and here he is our lynchpin.
I don't see him going into Man Utd's team/squad next season, but might they want a PL loan? If not, they could do a lot worse than send him back here for another 50 odd games in what will hopefully be a promotion push

He will be expensive to buy, Manure will want a big fee.

I think he is suggesting another loan. Doubt they will look to sell and he would be way out of our price range given what they paid and he is the opposite of a player you would look to cut your losses with.

Unfortunately I see him going to a premier league team on loan next year! I'd argue he would develop more here playing for a team that plays our style of football than going on loan to a Premier league team fighting to survive. Fingers crossed man utd and the lad feel the same and we get him tied down to another loan!

Good shout would be great to have him next season.
Might just happen. If Ten Hag thinks Weghorst is the answer at Man U, he won't think much of Amad and his ridiculous tricks <laugh>

Not a chance he’ll be playing championship football next season. I don’t think he’ll be at a PL club on loan but I imagine he’ll be loaned to a better league than the Championship for a team who aren’t too far off the pace playing Europa league/CL football. Like a Sociedad or Leverkusen.

I see no reason why he won't go into their squad. He's as good as Garnacho and better than Elanga.

At the very least it will be a Prem loan for him though - at the very least, the promoted sides will be happy to have him having seen what he's done, but it wouldn't shock me to see Villa, Everton (assuming not relegated), Forest, Fulham etc. all being interested.
