A fool and his money ... but if your club has a spare £100 million ... think Maguire and Fofana ... then add on 10%
He'll be out of contract in the summer of 2024 ... so we'll cash in this summer if he won't sign a new deal ... Spurs most likely ...
You’ll not get much more than £40m for him in the summer, there’s no way he’s signing a new contract either, that ship has sailed.
Half decent from Newcastle but will need to spend another £200M++ before they are anywhere near regular top 4 contenders as Pool, Chelsea and Man U still have the ability to attract better players. Oh and don't forget Man City and Arsenal are streets ahead of them. That said they're having a great season so far.
Still short I agree.. ... need some proper fwd players and another top cm a least. I'm surprised they've brought nothing in , but they're well ahead of schedule. I'd rather win the league cup than finish top 4 tbh .
Winning a trophy would certainly be a major building block and I know it's something you all really want. I'll be cheering you on as we still owe you for beating Burnley and sending them down instead of us. Come on the Toon
I can't see us having a bigger pull than those 5 for a very long time. We'd need to be able to put our trophies on the table first and that's a looong way down the line if ever.
Yep that's how I see it. You're probably 6th best as it stands which is fantastic progress in about a year.
The bonus is that Everton are going to be removed from our path...they could've presented an obstacle but thankfully they were sold to the next venky brothers.
Sky struggling for Game of the Day after the garbage served up today. In the end they went for the Everton battering. Understandable.
He’s a player that a lot of people rate but I don’t see it myself. Under scrutiny at a bigger club, I think he would get exposed
