1. Use a VPN. You should use one anyway. Pay for it and use it.

3. Some of the streams on that list may produce a popup. Twice. Then the stream will load. Those same streams every ten mins or so will stop. Click on the play button a couple of times so a pop up appears a couple of times then the stream will restart; they haven't broken, it's a revenue generator for them. You don't get something for nothing.
