This is what the Royal Mail workers have to put up with every day , the lies about parcels and packets over letters , PDA tracking of postal workers, withholding sick pay, removal of workplace union recognition and everyday goading of employees on the workplace social media are all true, add to that the fact that over 150 union reps have been suspended or sacked by mostly trumped up charges
My own dept in RM we have had proposals to have our work hours increased, local geographic payments removed, removal of agreed allowances and to top it all a pay deal 3% lower than other depts .
Yesterday he had the balls to state that the whole parliament live film was misleading and lots of misunderstandings
This is the man who was responsible for the covid track and trace app .

 

You'd think by now Sunak would have confiscated 30p Lee's phone...

 

Edit: I met Thompson a couple of years ago at RM site we both happened to be visiting, he made out that we were old buddies and had the same vision for the business , a month later photos of me and him ( l did not knowingly pose for them )talking appeared in the RM magazine and the article was how I agreed with him about the need for change and agreed to changes of working practices should be introduced, the man is a f*****g liar and a two faced snake
If he gets his way the profitable parts of RM will be sold off and the letters side will be handed back after every penny has been removed and the tax payer will be left to foot the bills , no courier co can deliver to every household in the country and they have no intention so small villages will have the mailbox system out of town where you have to collect your mail , if this ahole gets away with it another national institution is finished for good.
