He’s had some backing…I can’t live off that...not enough…it’s an unfinished job…latest update seems to be he’s pissing about with a key position that is essential for Conte…we both know that he should just pay up because the asking price for Porro is standard nowadays, nothing amazing. Something Levy always seems to forget but funnily enough, remembers when it comes to selling players.

Tell me Bro….Why do fans create forums, podcasts or spend hours and hours discussing youth, injuries, scouting, finances, owners…if the only thing that is affecting the club is the managers tactics and team selections on match day?

Then think about how a winner like Conte sees it…hence his latest comments regarding how everyone hides behind a manager and shafts him.

We know January isn’t traditionally the best time to purchase but we know we can get the man he wants(Porro)…why’s Levy ****ing about? Is it a one off? Nope seen it all before..as has Conte I guess.

ENIC out even if we know it might not happen doesn’t mean we don’t know that’s what we need. Look at Newcastle…Ashley the leech ****s off, new owners…bam..new environment, new culture. I can still use them as an example because tbh they haven’t gone spend crazy, they just spending the required amount on what the manager wants to help them go up a notch… unlike Ashley. Then you get Chelsea, ruthless Roman, he goes and the culture seems to be transitioning…that has affected the team…they are not the winners Roman demanded, they have become the soft touches totally expected when your owner is a clueless Yank. You love Harry Potter…so far he’s done a **** job at Chelsea…is he **** or is it the infrastructure of the club?

We should pay up for Porro I’ve said that myself. Though realistically does Porro solve every problem that Conte’s been creating with this dire system? Doubtful. And if Conte ****s off in 6 months when his deal ends, what then?

The owners don’t affect how the team plays, how can they? Howe’s simply doing a far better job than Bruce and they’ve made some astute decisions. If Spurs signed Dan Burn would you be raving about it? Not a chance, you’d be saying he’s a cheap, English alternative to an expensive foreign import. How does Howe manage to make Almiron and Joelinton look good but Conte can’t get a tune out of a £60m signing or one of our star players? That’s definitely on the coaching of the managers.

Roman’s culture at Chelsea was to also sack a manager the moment things went bad, so should Levy sack Conte now then? Because we’ve been bad all season and any manager that’s had Bentancur, Kulusevski, Richarlison, Perisic etc brought in for them in the space of 12 months shouldn’t be flopping so badly.

Wasn't replying to you specifically (you're right I didn't read it <laugh> ) but just in general there seemed to be complaints about your spending.

Your logic suggests that you actually think your team is a better cup team than City and your manager who looks like he was store manager at Lidl is better than Pep since it’s as simple as why are Brighton etc doing better than us.

last time I checked you beat City and knocked them out of a tournament they absolutely love to win

Dunno, can't compare one off cup games to league campaigns imo. You can fluke your way through a cup competition but always finish where you deserve to in the league.

1). Tottenham

  • Total debt: £1.2 billion
  • Gross Financial Debt: £831 million
  • Transfer Debt: £140 million
  • Trade and Other Creditors Debt: £111 million
  • Tax Debt: £96 million
Tottenham recently build a new stadium with tons of cash has been poured on that. When the time to recover arrived, Covid-19 waves appeared. Games being played behind closed doors has effectively led to a deficiency in matchday revenue.
As per various reports, Tottenham Hotspur has incurred a debt of £1.2 billion. Not winning any silverware since 2008, but the club a lot in financial crises. Due to major debt, they are close to striking a stadium name right deal. It will provide a financial boost for the club.

I predicted us to finish third this season… just in a different table.

One of the best ways to pay debts off in football…one of the ways that will guarantee you huge investments is to build a winning team…so they can pot the big prize money by winning the big tournaments and attract the big sponsors

No brainer to me if you are a club at the cross roads Spurs are at…always the nearly men…knocking on the door. That is what will be the difference between the Toon and us…that is what will see us swap places for the foreseeable future..but they won’t just knock…they will go through the door…not because they will spend billions and billions…its because they won’t piss about, they will pay the asking price for the player the manager needs because I guess the owner/manager trust levels are much better because the owner isn’t a dickhead who feels as though he has a point to prove about who knows best.

Levy is a massive knobhed

Do we all know what Joe Lewis, owner of Tottenham Hotspur and ENIC’s record signing is?

a £90 million painting hanging on his ****ing bathroom wall

wrong owners for me

Living off our passion for a club yet not sharing it

ENIC OUT

ok off to the shops to get some ingredients for a lamb/mutton curry

Every club probably does that type of thing though, lol.

Evidently not, Rose felt it was acceptable to call Levy when Mourinho wouldn't select him. Problem with documentaries at your club that.

Doesn't sound like he's a hard man

Fat losers feeling it's OK to call the top management is jokes man.

Agree mate. The only way out I see is Arabs buying your club, then it would be a completely different ball game, because Newcastle's stadium either needs a rebuild or a fortune spent on it, whereas Levy has already laid out the red carpet for them, you just need an Arab that has a few billion to throw away and Levy's arm twisted up behind his back, to say sell you fooker.

Go abroad and ask who Manchester United is and everyone knows, it's a global brand, mention the name Tottenham and you could get who? Probably the same for Newcastle unless you bumped into Jak. At least if you were bought out by Arabs, Luv wouldn't be interested in your results anymore.

Liverpool were on the brink of administration a few years back so its not that surprising.

They spend money that doesn't exist

It was all due to collapse at some point, and until they bring players wages and transfers under control, then football is fooked. I don't know why the whole of Europe (inc UK) don't bring in regulations to stop the spending madness, it would benefit all clubs, because as those tables I put up show, they are all in the same hole, unless you support Leicester < that's @FosseFilberto bait.

I know when Spurs built their stadium, I'm sure some will remember me saying Spurs will go under within 10 years, it's just depends on how long Levy can keep rolling that debt over, if we get another lockdown, it's goodbye Vienna

Fook off brb, and fook off again...

This is exactly like when i lived in Fulham pre roman.

Never saw a Chelsea shirt and knew about 4 chav fans before roman came.

Thebmn the money came and everyone and his mum round there declared themselves as life long Chelsea fans.

Its very similar to the Newcastle noobs now coming to the prem board cos they found some balls and got some mulah.

Its what happens, ive seen it before 1st hand and they dont get better they get worse lads.

Truss
Hope that's not directed at me :cheesy:

nearly all the clubs debt is to the owners who lent the club money for the Main stand build , redevelopment of the Anfield Road and the new Kirby facility so really isn't much of a worry unlike the H&G days .
It was very nice of the builders to accept our make believe money though .
