correct me if i am wrong here. but as you said NP has a contract until 2013. so of course they can put him on gardening leave as long as they pay him each month. but if he is that desperate to go then let him. but i doubt that any of the players would follow him to leicester anyway. would you go and work for a manager you could not trust ? and that maybe be sacked come next sumer anyway. i still think that Hull City have a better chance of the PL than Leicester anyway especially if we can get in a goal scorer. Pearson can quit, you can only put him on gardening leave if both parties agree but if he quits and get a job before his contract would have expired then you would be due compensation

Normally gardening leave doesn't exceed three months. In addition, Assem Allam is not a twelve year old, so wouldn't play daft games.
They can only put him on garden leave if they want to sack him. What reason do we have to sack him, other than he allegedly wants to talk to Leicester. If the club sacks NP he will be entitled to compensation from the club. If he resigns and goes to Leicester we will get compensation from them.

Every team loses stupid games here and there. Thats what makes the championship so good, its unpredicable. Leeds lose 5-0 at home to Blackpool then beat us. We beat Burnley 3-1 away and play really well and then play crap and lose 1-0 at home
Sorry FT but you cannot just give the job to Nick Barmby. He has no management experience at this or any level. Would be great as an assisstant maybe and his time will come no doubt. But we need experience and management skills on how to handle players and the right tactics for any given period of a game.
