I agree the lower one looks more appealing, but it’s a terraced house with access directly on a footpath, the top one is a semi, with parking space, and garden. Completely different property types so you can’t compare.
It's actually a private footpath overlooking a stream and the house has a garage, a parking space and a garden. It also came with various things like bi-fold doors into the garden and granite worktops as standard, things that Bellway charged a premium for. It was a far better house for almost the same money.
