What I find so distasteful about PL clubs is, they are willing pay, in this case £20m for an unknown entity from French football, but will baulk at paying the same money to Championship clubs. 100% Lots of us say every year that we're happy to accept £10-£20m for our best players, and then wonder why we struggle to get results after selling them. We rarely use that money to strengthen the squad effectively so unless we have a cheaper like-for-like replacement we shouldn't be selling our best players (unless they're unhappy). Our transfer policy needs to be better.
