I am probably a bit of an exception on here inasmuch as I have been to a lot of games at The Stadium Of Gloom a.k.a. Portman Roadbeginning in 1972.The Robson team was great to watch with players like Mariner,Beatty,Wark,Brazil, and Muhren.I suppose I just had too much time to waste,Ipswich one Saturday,Norwich the next. My loyalties were never divided though but if Ipswich get beaten I don't rejoice at that,only if the score is 4-1,or 5-1.

Guru, how you chose to run the Ipswich board is down to you and Yorkie. How our board is run is not down to you and Yorkie. You do not have to like it but you do need to live with it. Understand that very simple thing and perhaps things might change a little between the 2 boards.
This exactly the brick wall that myself and Hampy have found ourselves against! I presume Dave and Thai would find that acceptable if a norwich fan posted it on the ipswich board, yet the other way around an ipswich fan would get threatened with a ban! How is this pro-active moderating! In life you have to give and take, the more you get knock the better it is when you can give some back, I dunno why Dave and thai has this apparent chip on their shoulders that can't allow their club to be knocked, but its a sad day when it gets to that point.
and again Guru, that is for you to decide how you treat such posts on your board - I have never said anything different. It's your board, your prerogative. Once the ability to remove cross board threads from both sides life will start to return to some kind of normality. Hiding your head in the sand and pretending all WUM, insults etc is perfectly ok is not moderation. Talk to some of your fans and gauge how they feel about the normal tit for tat exchanges between the Budgies and Carthorses - they are bored of it! Where we differ is you want a say on how the Norwich board is run as well, for your fans benefit. I could not care less what you do on your board. oh, and for the record - not even a warning was given to HangingHog! So, we do not just dish out warnings or bans like yellow cards so to imply we do is simply wrong.
