Leicester v Leeds match thread

Its a strange division but you certainly need to play Beckford more, he will frustrate the hell out of you but he WILL score goals!

He will always be a legend to us Leeds fans but he did our ****ing heads in at times

What sort of reception did he get?

 

I have seen some bits of class from Beckford but his attitude stinks. Beckford got a big clap from the Leeds fans when warming up at half time

 

His attitude has always stunk but trust me he is good give him time hope he does good for you

 

I think it's because his heart is at a different club .

 

He was the featured player in the programme and he said its taking him time to adjust because he has never played at a club that attacks so much. He said Everton played with 1 up front and Leeds had to play more defensively as they wasnt as solid at the back

 

He also said Leeds was the best time of his career, didn't he?

Well he only just arrived here and was a bit part player for 1 year with Everton so that much is obvious

 

And he also said Leeds is the biggest club he will ever play for

 

Didnt say that. He thought he spent miles too long in league 1 and said now hes at a real club which is run properly not like Uncle Albert at Leeds

 

And a chant or 5 when he came on.

 

Nice to see you're putting words in your players mouths.

 

So you dont think you spent too long in league 1 and you are satisfied on how Ken Bates is running the club and calling you morons?

 

I do think we spent too long in League One and I'm not satisfied with how Bates is running the club. But Beckford made no mention of that.
