That says 7 of 9 not guilty and others jury couldn't reach a verdict. Chances of the cps going for a retrial is slim.

Problem with rape is its often one word against another and lacking physical evidence, the fact that the blokes loaded the chucks more doubt in for the jury.

I've done jury service and the one thing Iand few others kept arguing with a couple of the other jurors, one bloke in particular who wouldn't listen, is that the prosecution must prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

 

Not guilty doesn’t mean he’s innocent. Having been a juror on a rape trial it is very difficult to say the defendant is definitely innocent or guilty

it’s really not a good look for our chairman to promote the view that effectively says “don’t believe women”.

the trials are pretty traumatic

Cardiff have sacked their gaffa, doesn't seem like he was in the post for long. Makes it a tad hilarious the manager done a presser, and said the boos were for the officials, and not him.

 

Ironically I thought they were canny up here. We had an off day but they we're in good control of the game.

Will still have queues and I'd bet my left nut that's a photo when the doors have just opened when most are still in the pub, won't cost any less but will take minimum wage out of people hands for a few hours a week, I bet its set up to only pour a pint and then stops sp if you **** up pouring and get 3/4s froth unlucky.

If they going tondo self pour it needs to be those glasses that fill from the bottom.

Good point, sure pubs have similar responsibilities here so I assume there will have to be staff stood around watching anyway.

I'm interested to know what the original post was now . Seriously though even if he is stepping back and being remote it will because he has got the club fully staffed so he doesn't need to be as involved, so won't be needing Donald's help unless it's to empty the waste paper bins.
