Very good performance - 3 points well earned. Am not sure how Sarr was picked as MoM though - a toss up between Cathcart, Morris and Gaspar for me.
Great to see two 17 years old given their league debuts and for one of them to score. How did Martins play? I read that he had an involvement in both of the goals.
His shot rebounded to Adeyemo for the first and he won the penalty for the second - shied away from a tackle by their keeper in the box but got bowled over anyway. Maybe it's just the died hair, but he looks like an upmarket Penaranda to me - not as greedy with the ball though.
Great to see Adeyemo score on his debut and fitting it was in the 72nd minute . Not a brilliant game really but got the job done . Martins did well I thought coming on and the defence was solid enough .
Martins more like Henandes tbh. V good cameo. Sarr definitely mom. He played with real commitment and was constantly fouled and given no protection from the ref.
Similar to Kiko maybe? Thought it was a risk playing him and Martins 2nd half as it weakened our defence- but it improved our attacking possibilities.

It's the quiet ones who go about their jobs with a minimum of fuss without putting a foot wrong who deserve it in my opinion - and today that was Cathcart. He really gave nothing away and was calm & composed throughout.
Agreed. An assured performance compared to what Kamara normally dishes up - maybe we should end his loan and send him to Italy?
I thought he was great, Luther, and I agree with Chris about the Hernandez comparison. He has some meat on him, so he’s not easily shrugged off the ball.
He was shocking. I think the Blackpool fans had reasonnto dislike too. Morris stepped on the ball late on and he gave us a free-kick, right in front of lino, but of course they’re scared to show an opinion these days. And there were loads of decisions he didn’t give us. A couple were really blatant and right in front of him. Very poor official indeed.
Bayo was booed off. Not a fan of booing our own players, but I’ve always been a fan of industry over talent, and while Bayo lacked both, it is his lack of industry that is most galling. To be dramatically outshone in terms of workrate and skill by a 17 year-old debutant says everything.
