Morning all - fair start to the day in West West London....busy day ahead again, but luckily the head honcho's have all flown off to Bangalore, so I can keep my head down this week.

Great discussion yesterday regarding war, poppies, PC etc. - love and respect to all.

Morning All, Weekly lesson coming up shortly on a rather grey start to the day. :(

Watched an interesting program about the weather last night, where it was asked if there would be much snow this winter. Part of it wondered if there was reasoning behind the natural world and folklore. For the past few days the cranes have been migrating south above us. You usually hear them before you see them as the beating of their wings makes quite a noise. They have the breeding grounds up in Norway and other north European countries and head down to places like Turkey for the winter. This year they are a week or two later, so I suspect it only tells us that it has not been so cold this year as some before.

All black uniform! Where's the work experience - a funeral parlour? Or the London branch of NZ Rugby Union?

Nice day up here - 0 degrees outside, but lovely blue sky & sunshine! Can't go out to enjoy it though - am at home with my youngest, both suffering with laryngitis.

Why do women never catch that? <whistle>

    Morning all

Grey and still down here. Waiting for a bloke to come and fix the cross trainer. First time he turned up he spent two hours disovering he hadn't got all the parts he needed Apparently Taiwan had been sending incomplete packs of kit. Talk about spreading the blame far and wide...

I do apologise - good morning everyone - it certainly is here - minus 2.6 last night and sunny and frosty now - had to break thick ice on the water for the horses, sheep, chickens and pigs :) Our pigs have tripled in size in the 5 weeks we have had them - lucky for them they are not destined as bacon

Superdrug lol...she's dreading it! They didn't tell her what to wear til Thursday night, nor how to get in at 8.30am when the shop doesn't open til 9am. She's petrified! Still, good learning curve. Ask the right questions at an interview, always a good idea ;)
