    I`m thinking of getting a Land Rover , but one or two people have told me they`re prone to being pretty unreliable....anyone got one/had one , or know someone who has ?

    Where are Rocket and Pope when I need some automotive/legal advice ?

    I had a Range Rover Sport HSE, good looks but build quality not upto it. After a year, there were quite a few rattles and creeks, and the interior seemed to gain more and more of a plastic look (if you know what I mean).
    Part Ex'ed for an Audi A6 2.7 TDI Quattro.. Super build quality and feel although doesn't quite have the same looks.

    Ahhh the good ol donkeys! I just thought I'd drop in and see what the site was like now and what kinda rapey jokes I'd been missing. ..but i saw yer question about Land rovers an d just thought I'd give you my expert opinion on autos!

    Pop into an Audi dealership and ask for a 24 hour test drive. They'll give you an A6 and insurance, if they think your really there to buy. Ask to talk to the dealer principle cos he pulls the shots really.
    I had a test drive over the weekend from Stafford Audi and went in on the Monday with my cheque book, I was that impressed.
