Got stuck in a lift when I was a baby apparently. Stopped mid way. Can't remember it. My mum's now terrified of lifts though.

    *Unlucky Moment Alert*

The lift in my building broke down once when I was in it, managed to get it back down to the ground floor and get out but I never used it again - that is until...

I had to take a plane a few months ago, and I hate doing that obviously because I can't do heights. The day before the flight I came home from the shop into my apartment building with a bunch of bags and the lift looked so tempting. I thought "stop being such a ******, you're taking a ****ing aeroplane tomorrow - you can handle the lift".
Naturally within 10 seconds of it going up it stopped, the lights went out and it started gently swaying with the digital screen flashing E2 E2 E2 over and over.. no idea what the hell that meant. After about 15-20 minutes of button pressing terror, I managed to get it to move down by about 3 metres and scrambled out of the door onto the 1st floor after jumping about 5 feet.

Needless to say, I take the stairs now.

    Haha, hate all animals tbh.

My lasses mam and dad has a dalmation which is not too bad, but wouldn't want it anywhere near me haha

I'm not superstitious but I'll be honest after that I was bricking it even more for the flight the next day.

Somebody on here mentioned a little while ago that some guy on their plane back from holiday totally flipped out and a bunch of passengers had to restrain him because he was trying to open the ****ing door mid-flight <yikes>!

I ****ing hate flying. I get palpitations, sweaty palms and panic when there's a bit of turbulence. I honestly don't know what I'd do if I was in a plane and the little oxygen masks came down or if we had to make a crash landing or something. I think I would actually **** myself.

<laugh>. Seriously though, I'm the same, generally sit there trying to look calm as ever while inside my head is like a nut house on a brain medicine drought. Sweat buckets too, usually have a dehydration fever the next day even if I drink ****loads of water during the flight.
I imagine you'll all be doing your best to avoid getting on a plane with me anyway <laugh>.
