That fuzzy haired bloke in my earlier post. Does lots of rocky mountain lake landscapes using a Harris decorators brush like your American bloke

 

I didn't like that. I kept looking at the Kensett stuff for a while this afternoon. Not massively into art but I really like his stuff.

Boring old fashioned landscapes don't do anything.

 

I was joking about Ross. He's bloody awful.

As I posted above I'm not keen on those types of old fashioned oil paintings.

It's ok, would I have it in my house though, no because it's quite bleak and depressing. I'm expecting you to emerge from the swamp any minute now in full combat uniform.

 

I don't find it bleak, something quite bright and vivid about it for me. Looked at it for ages, deffo buying it.

 

The one other I've got is a picture of Christ in the garden of Gethsemane as he's betrayed. That'll go down well on here, I'll post a pic tomorrow, it's definitely bleak though.

 

I'm expecting Comm to come out of hiding any minute now from that water.
