It's going up on a modified 747 I think, so whilst it's great for Cornwall. It won't actually make that much of a viewing spectacle to be honest

It's an old Virgin plane as you say that's been modified. Hence the name Virgin Orbit.

Aye yeh but on the the news they were expecting the whole of Cornwall to turn out tonight. You'll be missed.

Reckon my spell of employment might be coming to an end soon. Probably got about 6-8 weeks before I start to run out of money :(

Well that went well. Sounds like Stevie G. is now working at the spaceport.

Melissa Thorpe, the head of Spaceport Cornwall, expressed disappointment but added: “We’re a resilient team. This isn’t the first time we’ve been knocked but this is the biggest definitely. We’ll get up and we’ll go again.
