You're hungry after seeing those pics mate you may need some sausage meat eggs and cheese and you'll be fine.

Staying in a Travelodge in Pembroke Dock tonight.

Weighed up the local 'options' ad have ended up with KFC. Which was tasty enough but not ideal when you're carrying post Christmas timber in the first place.

Cancelled my original plan of a Greggs breakfast baguette and coffee on way to work tomorrow, instead have gone to Asda to buy porridge, bananas for breakfast, and noodles and tuna for lunch.

I feel polluted.

Can't even watch the Carabou quarter ffs.
