Lets be honest, none of us really know what is going on, one thing that we all agree on is that NP is a good manager and that we are all working on our instincts. My instincts from what i know of NP as a person, as a manager is that he will stay. I maybe wrong, but stop all the bitching.
I would normally say its only the Mirror, but tbh they have got a lot of things right about Hull City in the last summer or two...
Pearson may resign to speed up the process, aware that Leicester have other options if there are snags with the move. i take it this was written before city refused pemission lets what happens next...........
daily mails at it too although they say £400,000 compo http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...el-Pearson-pursuit-despite-rebuttal-Hull.html
you actually read the artical.it says ****all. "NIGEL PEARSON will decide today whether to return to Leicester or stick with Hull. The Foxes last night launched their bid to bring their ex-boss back to succeed the sacked Sven Goran Eriksson by making an official approach to their Championship rivals. Hull refused the Foxes permission to talk to Pearson, 48, who still has 19 months to run on his contract. But that will not stop Leicester's Thai owners from pursuing their top target after failing to land Martin O'Neill and Huddersfield's Lee Clark. And the Tigers know no matter how hard they try to keep him, it is Pearson who will ultimately decide his future. He may well feel he has unfinished business with Leicester, who he led to promotion from League One and then into the play-offs."
£350-400k?? I know the managers don't get paid like many players do but I'd have thought compensation would be higher than that! Jeez, if Nigel does go we might as well layout a million and yoink Mourinho
So he left cos you didnt want him, and now he knows he'd be 3rd or 4th choice? Yeah, hes gonna go for that. LOL.
Hull could easily ask for more and we will probaly pay it Waggy will be back here first thing aswell But you can keep Hobbs and Fryatt
IF he goes, it's for cash rather than desire, if he stays, their third or more choice blew them out. No wonder the Leicester fans seem so desperate. Me, I hope he stays.
