In fairness, pretty much any football match that you watch will see more people of colour on the field than would be a representative proportion of the population. In the Premier League most of them are foreigners who did not need to be trafficked by the RNLI. I see no reason why they have former female footballers punditing on men’s football as the two games are chalk and cheese. I cannot claim to watch women’s football but perhaps they have the equally stupid notion of former male footballers punditing. In the recent World Cup, the BBC did have one of the quarter final games where Gabby Logan and two female pundits covered the game and they had a useless female commentator as well. How long before the LGBTQ+ brigade complain that they are not being represented? They could get Graham Norton to do Match Of The Day as he would not cost much more than Gary Lineker and would probably talk more sense.

Exactly what we should be doing in UK. Have free treatment available in A&E , terminal illness / life saving procedures but rest should be supported by means testing and state sponsored form of private health care ie you contribute towards treatment via an insurance policy (with different levels / coverage etc ). Other countries, such as Germany, Holland and Norway, do this successfully.
