You're just being silly now, I don't have time to explain all the rules to you but Morelos standing there isn't interfering with play. Your notion that he's about to receive the ball is just ridiculous.

Sakala scores if he's not pulled back, he is pulled back so it should've been a pen, Morelos standing there makes no difference to any of this, Morelos would only become active when he actually touches the ball.
