He looks so indecisive. Get the ball, runs at someone, throws a couple step overs to buy time and then just doesn’t know which way to go.
Sessegnon finished the half with 7 cross attempts, 4 didn’t even beat his marker, 1 hit the first man in the box, 2 were successful albeit not really close to a Spurs player. Emerson I don’t think hit 1 cross. Though that’s a good thing when you think about it.

Said it in the summer that I was baffled at the decision to keep him over Reguilon and I’m even more so with each passing game Sessegnon is involved in. Though for a manager considered a specialist with WBs, keeping Sessegnon over Reguilon and persisting with Emerson (and Doherty) over Spence should be considered illegal.
Realistically we probably need to change both the wingbacks and bring Hojbjerg on for Skipp if we want this to be anything more than a grind.
