And the half time entertainment will be synchronised sheep shearing. At least, I think the message said 'shearing', I may have misheard.
Orsic is right footed. Had presumed he was a lefty, but appears not. So potentially could work on either wing.
He's definitely the sort of winger that wants to operate around the box, which is totally fine by me. Our biggest issue, if 3-4-3, will remain progressing the ball through midfield -- Lavia/JWP are presumably the middle pairing there, which means that we're reliant on JWP's remarkably limited range of passing. 4-3-3 with someone pushed higher up the pitch than JWP to be that fulcrum (AMN, perhaps, who has looked decent in that role...once or twice) seems the most logical to me.
In theory we could be ok if he’s as good as he looks. Surely Nathan has learned his lesson that 5 at the back doesn’t work
I hope so. (If we have to stick with a back three that is. I'd rather just ditch that. But at least 3-4-3 is better than 3-5-2.)
It would make alot of sense i guess, Still keep our WBS, But also allow for wingers which we have., Perhaps Aribo can be more effective now playing off on the right.. Lets see i suppose.
Jones hasn't always used 3 CBs so there is a chance that when we have finished our January business, he feels we have the right personnel to deploy a different formation. That is what I am hoping at least!
