Evening all. Interesting viewpoints today. I really don't think we were too bad last night. A very soft penalty and lack of concentration by Aaronsson cost us, but the finish by Scamaca Scamaca was sublime. With the squad Wet Sham have got they've got to turn it around with or without Moyes so will take points off other teams. I watched the Citeh game and especially De Bruyne, when he receives the ball he's moving, our lot usually aren't which opens us up to the press. The back line are the biggest culprits and even last night there were some ridiculous hospital balls played. We were lucky that WH couldn't make us pay. We've got to cut out the errors. I think Harrison will come in for Aaronsson. He could be a weapon from the bench late on in games. Our passing in the final third was much better last night. I think that Summerville and Gnonto add a bit of quality. I'm not as depressed as most because every team has problems, this league is tough.
This is a great watch and great to see his wife and daughter at the end, stuff not seen on the Klich farewell stuff last night. Will be missed but that era has now ended
And assuming that we actually start winning some games. Goal difference means **** all if you have less points.
You say that, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the 6 teams below us have poorer goal differences - some by a long, long way! Ridiculously bad GD plays a huge part at the end of the season - but usually as an indicator of relegation contenders.
On the GD front WJ is right but I think Forest will escape as all the damage was done early doors with a whole new team who had never met or knew the Cooper way of playing. I think Wolves now have a top coach and a lot of cash. I do think Bournemouth and Southampton are going. The final place will come from either Leicester, Leeds, West Ham or Everton
