    Che is ok receiving and shielding the ball on the deck, but he doesn't win it the air much as far I can see. Pointless hoofing it to him.

    I know the main problem is the crap players, but Jones has us playing with literally no identity.

    I understand that he may not be able to implement his perfect system with our crap squad, but surely he can offer something better than this ****. All we do is a couple of passes around at the back before a long ball either up to Che or cross field - it isn't working so get the ball on the deck and utilise Lavia/JWP.

    Che needs to do more of what he does well - hold it and lay it off and less of what he does badly - missing big chances

    Ely needs to get better at turning on the ball not playing back the way it came

    More playing thru Lavia who needs to get open a bit quicker

    Overall we need to be moving ahead of the ball not reacting when it gets played
