I’m deeply concerned by the appointment of NJ, and I don’t think it helps us that he has no profile for transfers. But you are seriously over-reaching there believing that it’s even remotely the case from that report.

Usually I take the approach that there is so much we don't know about negotiations and so much made up in the media, that we should hold off jumping to conclusions and judge the window as a whole when it closes. But after our poor Summer window and disaster of a first half of the season... f*cking hell Saints this is poor
Something doesn't seem right TBH. For the sake of an extra couple of million I think SR would just pay up. It's more likely Dinamo have leaked something to the press to try and stir up a bidding war. I also find it hard to believe teams would simply end negotiations after one day when the the amount between the offer and asking price is that small.
Best to not believe everything you read in the papers or on twitter. That's how I approach non sporting stories, so transfers are no different. Just look at how an article has been read by someone on here and then negatively embellished so suddenly the player is not interested because of Nathan Jones! It's funny that's the same Nathan Jones who was in position while he supposedly agreed terms and now he is not interested!
