Warning. We had a few more serious incidents with bottles/coins last season. Folk laughing but won't be if certain areas of the ground are closed down because of it.

Morning all we have played 16 games so I'm reserving my judgement for a while longer. While Fulham etc have been scoring and winning we have Bamford. Summerville and Sinnistera all missing at some stage this season. Everton sold the Brazilian lad and now they are in deep doo doo. One player can make a big difference.
As for Sabiri i feel he would improve the status quo as we would be Morrocan all over the world.

On Adams….. why. I would choose Gelhardt over Adams any day of the week. One of the problems I’ve had with Marsch is the mixed messages he gives and what he’s told players in private. Klich we know is fooked off with Marsch and waiting to see if he leaves. We know Drameh had his new contract pulled but now Marsch telling the world he wants him to stay (again) and now reading that Joffy is fooked off because he was promised games if he signed a new long term deal and now wishes he hadn’t..choosing Dan James ahead of him was bad enough but since then he got a new deal?

I knew Marsch was feeling the pressure before the WC but after watching the presser I now feel sorry for him because I believe he was on the edge before but if we lose tonight the form guide will show us in the bottom 3. If we win tonight and then get another positive result next time out in the league the pressure comes off. So I wish him luck

Adams at 15m is a great deal for us. Strengthens our attack and squad, weakens Southamptons and then we can let Gelhardt go on loan and actually play. See what he’s about, can he do 90 minutes twice a week in the championship and come back more confident or sell to the championship with a decent sell on clause.

Also, on Marsch I’m hoping he does well enough to keep us up as I think it’s too late to get someone new in to save us but then walks at the end of the season. I don’t think his style suits the PL or our players, would like Corberan in at the end of the season as he knows some of the players and would be more of a natural successor to Bielsa.

Brentford are splashing the cash on a striker £22m, so must be expecting a big ban for Ivan Tony due to gambling. Tony also injured at the minute too

Was reading that earlier. Initial loan deal and 22m at end of season. So what's the problem with that guy that we don't want him for example. Given Brentford's records with transfers, Ill bet he goes on to be a roaring success

maybe he's stressed because he's selfishly worrying about his job.

maybe he's stressed because he's spending every waking hour trying to make our team better

Gelhardt is going nowhere as he is needed. He has yet to prove his fitness and ability to last 90 minutes. No need to blame Marsch for him not starting games or injuries. Klich is past it and is brought on to stick the boot in with his trademark niggles and to take a yellow for the team. Why would the club want to keep him if he is determined to go to the mls.

Bielsa didn't utilise Gelhardt and now Marsch.

I think it's up to Joffy to maybe look in the mirror and see who is at fault.

Gnonto and Summerville seem to have forced their way in by performances on the field. Gelhardt is still living off his potential.

You can’t promise a player he will play. He needs to earn his starting place. That said I don’t see that Adams has done much more in the prem as Joffy so why spunk £15 million on him when we can develop our own?

Well, did Jesse say that he "hates his job" or that he "hates the stress". You see it is a huge difference between those statement. Also, on how he said it.
In today’s world almost everyone will look for something you said or did that they can twist to get you, that will fit their agenda against you.
If there is anything that can be misinterpret then it will be misinterpreted to make as big a case of it as possible.

He said he hates the stress and said ‘I hate my job’ but he had a wry smile and said it in the manner we all say it when we’ve had a bad day. That said… in that presser he certainly wasn’t his usual self.

Have you heard this from a reliable source Doc? I followed a clickbait headline link to a similar sounding story. Turned out to be Paul Robinson mouthing off some negative bollocks as usual - saying Gelhardt must be annoyed at signing a new contract and not being played. No quotes from Joe, no source at club, just good old fashioned in my head stuff from Robbo.

    Doesn't mean Joe isn't p*ssed off of course <laugh>

Robinson really is an annoying twat, thinks himself as some sort of Leeds legend.
Spouts as much bollocks as any of them.

I was trying to work out why Adams had only got 18 months left on his contract when he hasn’t been here long
