Team should be - ASM------------Wood------------Murphy --Anderson--Longstaff-Willock----- Lewis----Burn--Lascelles--Manquillo -----------------Dubs/Pope------------------- Start with this, bring players on if needed, we still have a quater final game and a tough fulham fixture next week.
There's no way you did this by yourself! Who did you pay to help you and how much? No holiday for you this year methinks!
He sent me two early drafts for comments and corrections and still ignored my request to change the M in match to Upper Case.
Switch Anderson with Murphy, Joelinton with Anderson and Botman with Lascelles. Joelinton and Botman have had a 6 week layoff - they are probably desperate for playing time.
I highly doubt that. Judging by game time he would be more likely looking to move St Maximin on first. However I suspect he will not be looking to move either as our squad depth is still poor.
Dubz Manquillo Lacselles Burn Lewis Anderson Longstaff Turner-Cook Murphy Wood ASM Bench - Karius, Schar, Botman, Trippier, Willock, Joelinton, Almiron, Isak, Wilson Should be able to hold a league one team at bay and bring on some quality if needed later on. I'd take youngsters in place of Trips and Schar on the bench as well just to give the world cup players a bit of a break before Leicester on Tuesday in the QF of the league cup and then Fulham, who are flying, at the weekend.
Longstaffs position is one they'll replace but he'll be allowed to stay if he's a good lad . Reminds me of everton spending 500 million and tom Davies is still playing
Anyone know if it is possible Isak could get some game time in either of the upcoming cup games? They seem to be keeping their cards very close to their chest on him all the time.
So what I read is he had a niggling injury when he turned up at the club, played through it but did himself worse. As a result they've taken a long look at both the new and underlying injury, and because it's all muscular have been super cautious in ensure when he's back, he's properly back. If he'd been fit from the start I think we'd be another 4-6 points better off, with points taken from Leeds, B'mouth and Palace from his more unpredictable attacking style. I also read that he's in full training but has looked almost twice the player who turned up and scored 2 in his first 3, and that the players are 'blown away' by how good he is. I used to hate the phrase "like a new signing" but with this one I think it's true. I expect Wood to start vs Weds (his level), but Isak to appear to get some minutes. The sooner he can come in to give Wilson a decent break the better.
