Sakala doesn't "stamp" on Arsefault's foot. Sakala drags the ball back and tries to land his foot in a natural position to continue his move.

Unfortunately Arsefault has went to ground in a particularly bad defensive style of play in the box. He's out of control, no where near the ball and impedes Sakala from staying upright by dragging his foot away and therefor stopping a goal scoring opportunity.

Penalty all day long.

If Arsefault hadn't made such a stupid challenge inside his own box there wouldn't have been an issue.
