Is it really ****e? fs was going to watch it this evening, ah well I'll watch The Banshee... and/or All Quiet etc
I was waiting got it to get going and it never did. The last 20 mins are decent but it's a fck of a long wait tbh. You've not missed anything trust me. Banshees is good but you may hate the depiction of the oirish.
He's so fake mate, probably done it for the Oscar. Shame as he's not allowed back Just makes me think it's been done before so many times - 12 Years A Slave comes to mind.
Films to look forward to in 2023 Napoleon (Ridley Scott) Dune Part 2 Oppenheimer Film (Christopher Nolan) Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (you're all gonna watch it so why pretend) Killers of the Flower Moon (Scorsese, Di Caprio, De Niro) The Whale Holy Spider (foreign film) Empire of Light (Sam Mendes, Olivia Colman)
5th Scorsese though, come on. As long as Nolan doesn't disappear up his own arse like he did with Tenet, that 3rd one should be good. It's a biography I think so I imagine he won't be going full crackers on it.
Napoleon Oppenheimer John Wick 4 Aquaman 2 Cocaine Bear New Transformers All ones I'm looking forward to watch. Few rumoured movies too of Luther, Equalizer 3, Expendables 4, not sure if they're 100% happening or not but if they are, they'll be decent watches.
Buzzing about Luther then. I've loved all the John Wick's so far, expecting this one to be a GOAT tier "**** 'em up". I'm just hoping Cocaine Bear lives up to the trailer hype though.
My initial thought is it will be reliant on the names rather than the quality but yes the Oppenheimer one well done could be brill .
Fall. Two morons up an extremely tall radio tower in the middle of redneck nowhere. Awful script, bang-average acting and predictable twists but let me say this: I gripped my chair the entire way through. Utterly terrifying if you're not a fan of heights. 6/10
I was in a cold sweat throughout, sphincter clinched tighter than Levy's purse strings. It was horrendous, but in a good way.
Watched first 15 mins of RRR. 1940's India prior to independence. Indian policeman takes on a mob of 100,000 Indian natives single-handedly to apprehend some bloke who threw a rock. And despite all 100,000 trying to rip him to bits he fights them all off with nothing more than a stick and apprehends said culprit Switched it off. Utter tripe 0/10
