After the Brighton game, a draw would mean more than just a point earned. Really need to stop the rot and show that we have a game plan and can stick to it and make it work.
FF was looking good last season then we sold him and got an inexperienced goalie. The last thing you want is a young goalie whose confidence is shot
To think that someone in here predicted in August that Bazunu would be the Player of the Season! As things stand at the moment, no one really deserves to win this other than Perraud, perhaps? I would drop Bazunu amd would not be adverse to loaning him out for a bit. He is far from PL level at the moment.
It's way too early to make a judgement call on Jones or SR in my opinion although this coming transfer window is crucial for both. I'll be happy with signs of progression in our play and hopefully at least a draw.
Is it wrong that while having a minor panic attack having temporarily lost my ticket for today thinking it could be a blessing in disguise?
Struggling to remember a time when I have been less hopeful/confident on a match day. Even against top sides I'd expect us to have a bit of fight. Whereas today I can't see anything other than a lacklustre performance where we are outfought and outclassed. Depressing.
The one thing I'm clinging onto is that it's still very early with Jones. He's only managed 3 games so I hope with each game that comes we'll see more of what he wants.
There was certainly slight improvement between Lincoln and Brighton personally. I’m staying positive. Think we could get something out of the game today
We're certainly capable but our CB's need to be up for a physical game today. If they allow Mitrovic to bully them we’re ****ed.
I just can't see this group of players suddenly turning it around. I think our only hope is a few fresh faces change the atmosphere at the club and things pick up from there. Until we add to this group I will be lumping on whoever we play!
I fancy us to win this or at least draw. Put yourselves in Fulhams shoes coming off the back of a great away win all the home fans rubbing their hands together that they have us next - its all too easy and sport doesn't work like that. i know; very wishful thinking and all that....
The biggest job that Jones has is fixing the weak mentality of the team, we are rolling over too easily right now.
