He didn't sound too committed to Hull in the interview yesterday. The words 'took flak' and when the interviewer said that all the fans loved him he replied ' oh really' Now there's a man who doesn't sound convinced me thinks. Come Home Nigel, you know it makes sense
great, we will get a bloke with no principles...if everybody is happy with that...lets go...but what happens if he takes "flak" here?
Nigel is yet to state what he wants. Now our interest is official he now has a decision to make. Hull rejected our attempt doesnt mean much, if Nigel wants to come then they dont have much chance of keeping him
If he goes then we are better off without him. He is a great manager, personally I hope that he sticks to the integrity he has shown before. There aren't too many people left in football with old fashioned principles. If I were our owners, I'd give him a 5 year contract on better terms right now plus a £5m war chest. UTT
I think a lot of Leicester City fans need to take off their blue-tinted glasses. They've got wrapped up in the nostalgia and the media-storm surrounding Pearson's possible return, without stopping and taking stock of the facts, and the past. I still maintain that Pearson would harbour no desire to return to Leicester, partly because of the man that he is, and partly due to the circumstances under which he left the club. As I said when he left, I think he's a quality manager and wish him well in the future.
Me too as I am having a similar argument with a few numpties on our board at the moment but seeing that I have only commented 65 times I am to F**K off, well reasoned comments made everywhere today it seems
