Don't start with a long fast play the long game...do 12 then edge towards 16 a day over time... use bullet proof coffee to get yourself through the last few hrs . Essentially all you're going is not eating anything after 7pm and not having breakfast . Train on an empty stomach in the morning maybe right before you're 1st meal. Fasting will increase fat burning and increase human growth hormone so do high intensity training.
