I have explained this before, it's clearly an attempted assault on poor Larssen who managed to get his arm up to defend himself.
If you weren't so biased you would clearly see that.

    Do desert islands?

By the fact of palms being there, surely would then make them just islands. <ok>

Ok you're making a jokey headline out of it.

But Barton clearly tried to assault the mild mannered Swede.

You're just as bad as your fellow fan. You say something like that, but you won't explain HOW is was straw clutching. Most Newcastle fans agree that no Carroll+35 million is better than Carroll+£0 million.

Pretty much all our supporters think that Cabaye is better than Nolan, and also that our captain wasn't our "best player" as the deluded southern media claimed.

I accepted that I was personally disappointed that Barton left, but a lot of our fans weren't. Also, we didn't attack our board or Pardew when we sold Enrique or Barton, as the cretinous poster who I was replying to claimed. We only got frustrated over the striker situation at the end of August.

    How am I straw clutching?

The ironic thing is, is that it is the Mackems who are clutching at straws. The best they can come up with is; you are lucky or you are a selling club, to explain why we are fifteen points ahead of them after just eleven games.

Truly sad effort from them. Their pathetic whining actually makes me feel even better about our position.

Keep it up Mackems, every crap comment you make just makes the day better. :)
