Didn't look god for Pritch mind. I think he done it in the celebrations after the pen went in. He went straight down on the touchline and hobbled off.
His agent is playing the game - trying to get the best deal for is client and using apparent interest from other clubs to force our hand. I have no doubt that today's "transfer news" was leaked by him Got no issue with that, Roscoe has a decision to make, but he enjoys it here and it wouldn't shock me to see him sign a new deal unless one of the bottom 6 in the PL press the panic button and chuck silly money around
And just think of Broadhead sitting on Wigan's bench watching, thinking to himself that he could've been a part of it all!
"We are Sunderland and Custodians of the shirt" He might not be everyone's cup of tea, but comments like that prove to me that he's the right man to guide these young lads and the club
I was totally blown away with that. Collectively they were superb. Youth and inexperience could have done us...however, once the right balance was introduced at substitute time we were unstoppable. Dan Neil was easily the stand out performer. I loved the contributions of Michu and Ba also
I think there is an agreement in place not to release the footage of it until McLean has actually landed. Might be out tomorrow
Ba was exceptional, looked very good going forward and is technically excellent. Very encouraging signs with Michut too
We got through on the red button after 30 minutes after several attempts and stuck with it all the away to the end. I am told the fault was at the Sky end.
Another shout for Matete, did really well when he came on today, as he normally does imo, gives us plenty of energy and tenacity in the middle. Really hope he doesn't go out on loan and is given more of a chance.
https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/1...gland-Championship-2022-2023-Wigan-Sunderland Stats have Amad as motm and Neil as the runner up, not how I saw it but it's an interesting perspective. I think it's because Amad was involved in almost everything even if it didn't always work out and he obviously scored a belter. Neil most tackles again, O'Nien most blocks. Some things never change. Lots of really good performances tonight.
