Here goes then. Arsenal - Barton should've been sent off and they should've had a penalty. Loss.-1 point Sunderland - Erm, they should've had a free kick which they would've scored. They would've gained momentum from this and won the match. Loss -3 points Fulham - Nothing really happened, but they should've converted all their chances and we should've missed all of ours. Loss. -3 points QPR - They couldn't score even if we'd played for another 4 hours, but they should have. Loss. -1 point Villa - They had a few chances, should've scored. Loss -1 point Blackburn - Third goal shouldn't have been allowed, they would've picked up momentum and won. Loss. -3 points Wolves - Should've had a penalty and last minute goal. Loss. -3 points Wigan - Should've taken their chances, we were lucky. Loss. -3 points Spurs - Ba's goal shouldn't have stood, couldn't possibly have crossed the line. Lucky draw, Spurs should've won. Loss. -1 point Stoke - Lucky penalty, they would've won if we hadn't gone 3 - 1 up. Loss -3 points Everton - Gosling handball, would've won if they drew level. Loss -3 points We should really be bottom of the table with no points!
Most of us were happy with the £35mil for Carroll and I never complained when Nolan left. Ryan Taylor has admittedly surprised me but it's not because he's lucky, he's just really good.
We're lucky to have not been relegated already to be honest. After the Darlington fiasco, surely the FA should've have put them in the PL and us in the Conference.
And to think how different it could've been if Gyan didn't get that VERY LUCKY equaliser at the SoS last season...
Well, most fans were delighted that although we lost our star striker, we made £35 million, 3 times what he's worth. So you're wrong there. No one complained when Nolan was sold, he held us back and didn't give us any pace. We thought 4 million was a fair price, and we had already replaced him with Cabaye. So you're wrong there. Barton was always overrated, and was taking the piss with his attention seeking behavior. I was disappointed when we sold him, so you're half right there, but in hindsight, like Nolan, he limited the team and didn't allow other players at the club to express themselves. So, basically, you're incorrect.
Actually to be fair to Sunderland it is rather unique. It's the only place in the country where Father's Day cards are sold in packs of five.

I can't handle these articulate, intellectual responses, full of subtle wit, yet oozing with fact. You fairly demolished my argument there, well done
