That was poetry in motion from Dysart Dynamo - made every yard, jumped beautifully and won by a mile hands and heels. It will be very interesting to see how his time stacks up against the Grade 1 later today as that looked pretty swift visually.
Fair play to Joseph for sending Comfort Zone over to Chepstow - I guess they wanted to avoid Lossiemouth yesterday. Should win this and give us a good idea of where the British juveniles are compared to the Irish
Best price 6/4 on Lossiemouth for the Triumph now. What do you make of the 2022 winner Vauban? He seems to be completely overlooked in the Matheson Hurdle (around 10/1) but the proximity of Il Etait Temps to Facile Vega just there makes me think Vauban's form isn't half bad? Vauban is still only officially rated 156 but he is definitely still entitled to improve and I wouldn't see that much between State Man and Vauban.
I wouldn't see a whole lot between them either really. Not overly convinced about State Man still, although very hard to knock the form, I don't think he has that class, which Vauban may well certainly possess. Being a 4 year old he is definitely one open to improvement and even if the horse doesn't win Thrusday, I'd expect you'll see him in a different light in February/March.
Winter Fog sluices up for W Mullins on his first attempt. Not sure what happened between Emmet Mullins and the reason for the yard switch but whatever it was, it was vindicated there. Emmet Mullins arsing about trying to land plots here and there and getting nowhere, Willie just sends him out and wins. Well done Pilgrim, big drift too.
Bolted up. Might they be a tad annoyed with young Kieran riding him out to the line and winning 6 lengths instead of a cosy 2? The handicapper would have noticed either way though I reckon.
Yeah - that Grey Dawning must have been well in yesterday as he sluiced up whereas the rest of the yard's horses have been running like drains.
Wetherby 245 my initial thought yesterday was on no risk des flos which has been posted and does stand a very good chance but in my world i dont think there is much value in a race that could be taken by any of them . And the new comes in from a long break thrown in with another morgan new recruit the daly tiger both at big prices and the new 25s and tiger daly 40s i may have this the wrong way but i would say they are up to something i have opted for daly drop in class conditions should suit and the distance looks right and the price is ew friendly small bet I will throw malystic in with them for a very small awtc for intrest
I know there’s been a bit of conjecture recently about over enthusiastic celebrations but **** it. BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM.
