One of the things that annoys me about our counters this season, particularly in the 2nd half of games where we're protecting a lead, is the lack of method compared to previous seasons. Because we know Nunez is there, we get it forward ASAP and end up losing possession more often than not.
Intensity level has dropped right off in second half, we are giving them the initiative and need to improve fast
What I want to know And this isn’t a criticism But how does a pro footballer get to elite level and be offside on so many occasions like Nunez Everytime I look at him he is two/three yards off Bizarre
The offsides don't bother me too much - eventually he'll be onside for a big chance in the game. Problem is, will he score it? At the moment it's not looking likely.
We are going to struggle for the rest of this game when we should be out of sight on the number of chances we have had
Nunez is incredibly raw and not a natural finisher but he is a real threat and stuff happens from his movement Bajctic !!!!!!!!!!
yet, when he played against us in the champions league he finished almost every chance he got. It looks like he’s just trying too hard to prove he has what it takes for us.
As I said it’s not a criticism more an observation I think what I find frustrating is I really don’t think he needs to take the risk as he has plenty of pace and power
