Simply not true, we might slag someone off for letting us down by leaving, but we wouldn't claim he was rubbish after he'd gone, as Andy Kings Bollocks has been doing for a year now. Fraizer Campbell is a prime example, he played a large part in getting us to the Premier League, then ****ed us about and went to Sunderland. You'll find plenty on here that slag him as an individual, but no-one who questions his ability to as a footballer.

'We love him' , 'always have' blah blah blah - of course there will be some/many that post on this board that said they were well rid of NP when he jumped ship and when they got that clown SGE in. There are also some Hull City fans that will say a similar thing. The vast majority of both Leicester and Hull City fans agree however that that NP knows his stuff, bonds well with players and has a very decent record at this level of the game.

Some Leicester fans may have slagged him off but the vast majority never did. When ever Hull have signed Fryatt, Hobbs or Waghorn from us i have always told you truefully what i thought of the player. I was gutted Nigel left and many considered and still do think he is the best manager we have had since Martin O'Neill. MON was the fans choice to come back after Sven but i knew he wouldnt come back as he has nothing to gain as he achieved everything and more when he came here and could easily get a bigger job in the prem. Nigel was a case of job half done when he was here. He wanted to get us in the prem and he only just missed out. If he comes back now all he will have to do is get the players playing as a team and on paper we have a squad that will more then match anyone in this league. What ever Nigel chooses to do i will always be grateful for what he did for us. Nigel always got on with the fans here but for some reason he doesnt seem to have the same connection with you. In his interview he seemed shocked when the journo said fans rated him and wanted him to stay. And sarcasticly said oh ok then

Unfortunately we have a lot of fans who don't appreciate what he has done here, and it makes my blood boil. I don't blame him for feeling this way. He stated he's taken a lot of flak and I agree, he did seem surprised when Burnsy said the City fans cared for him. If he genuinely feels like that, and it isn't a bit of a misunderstanding, then some of our fans have got to take a look at themselves. I'd also urge Nige to look a little deeper, the vast majority realise what he's done and want him to carry on. It's the stupidest who shout the loudest unfortunately for us, and I really hope that it hasn't actually got to him like that interview suggests. No point in guessing what's next, we just have to wait.

Whatever anyone says Nigel has had no end of chances of killing these rumours and he hasnt. Lee Clark killed the rumours but Nigel hasnt. If anything all he has done is added fuel to the fire. If think by the end of tommorow we will all have a better idea where Nigels future lies. It doest matter who you manage if someone is going to offer you more money you will be interested to hear what they have to say at the very least. If some wanted you to come back to your old job and they would at least double or even triple your wages will loads of money the spend you would want to hear from them

Yes i agree many of the Hull fans do respect Nigel for what he is doing. I said when Nigel took over it will take time for him at Hull as your squad was full of no end of crap but slowly he has started to clear that out and now he has built a decent squad. Sometimes the minority spoil it for the majority. The only people Nigel had problems with when he was here was people ahead of him (Chairman and Cheif exec)
