I have now watched yesterdays game live on stream, on football first and on MOTD, happy with how we played and thought we deserved a draw.

However, one thing came out of it, a major idea on improving our team spirit, something to let the powers that be know we value them, an idea that will unite the fans, something to relieve pressure and bring a smile and maybe a tear.

If you all agree we could start a petition, maybe get some tents and protest outside the ticket office, a march at the Fulham game, call on our brothers from the north and the smog to unite behind us.

The East Stand will be no more, I give you.....

    THE STEVE BRUCE STAND

    What do you think? :emoticon-0115-inlov:emoticon-0107-sweat:emoticon-0149-no:

Class Syd buy following on from that I think that we should name one of the stands should be named after Niall maybe we should start a petition along these lines for what he has done for this club both as a player and in his role of bringing in the Irish and then pushing on and bringing in Short. Just a thought like.

Well, SOL was never a popular choice when they named it.

We could re-name it McMenemy Park.

    Anyone with me?

Why not call it Bonny Bobby Park?

See. Divisions in the camp already. The ultras are pulling out tent pegs of neighbours as I speak.

I'm thinking the yes and no are the wrong way round, Syd. Easy mistake and I forgive you.

Syd not sure what you are on? I deliberately have not watched the game yesterday in any form, cos' when we lose it just upsets me. I know it is rather sad but I suppose we all deal with defeat differently.
So I cannot really say much about the defeat yesterday, other than an own goal by an old boy! I guess I expected us to lose and we did.
I have not heard anything official about young Mr Wickham, who hurt his knee standing alone in the centre circle, this does not sound good and I am even more dejected about this.

As for SB perhaps a decent bloke but a very average manager, we need lots of points from the next few games otherwise I hope he is on his bike not on a stand. Or were you being tongue in cheek thinking what SAF has done for Manure and the lack of doing similar that SB has for us ( O did I forget to say 10th which is the best what we can expect)

Instead of the flags all along the North Stand (I think), you could just hang Bruce there from his hands, feed him just enough so that he lives by a thread. As a warning.

Nee bother then, we could live like red indians with feathers in our hair & moccasins made from bear skin on out feet.

Get a bow & arrow & have buffalo steaks for supper.

Could be a canny weekend, I'm up for it.
