I'm making a trifle that serves 14 with my daughter. Everything from scratch. Got a 3.5L bowl. This'll go well I can sense it.
I love cooking/baking with her. It makes it more interesting. The sun's out here and it's a nice way to spend the afternoon on christmas eve. I make individual ones, never on this scale. This could go either way.
Fk that my misses would be there on her own.....the smell of them places just remind me of death and brain dysfunctions lol.
I've worked as DHT in two different C of E schools. Have to say the christmas events in the local churches were always grand. Whether it was Christingles or the nativity being held there or just the pastor's service. And the older the church the better. One was built in the 16th century and was incredible. The school was started by the pastor there 400 years ago with an annual bursary of £20 for the poorest children (boys back then).
Merry Christmas to everybody and your loved ones. Hope you enjoy the festivities. Gonna have my first glass of rum soon. Got a bottle of Barti @luvgonzo which I'm assuming you've tried before? Made using Pembrokeshire seaweed apparently. I was drinking with the landlord of a pub in Old Colwyn who claimed it as his and kept feeding me drinks of it.
Fk me you would bore little baby Jesus 2 sleep......that's the trouble really the church has lost its fun(if it ever had it lol)
