I was actually being serious, as the thing in Glasgow is done all year round. Let's face it, it wouldn't surprise anybody if Irish people did something called 12 pubs of Christmas all year round.

A bit of a tightrope of which station do you start at is it not? There are some pubs at stations that I wouldn't want to be going into after drinking 12 pints. In saying that, after 12 pints no **** would care.

 

I was asked to attend such an event in Sydney but can’t remember why I didn’t go. Probs too many Irish for my liking. They all met Ricky Hatton in one of the pubs. Said he was out his tree and a good laugh.

 

People that wear Christmas jumpers are usually absolute tadgers.

 

Maybe the reason you didn't go was because you have never been to Australia before?

Loyalist Haghill is near Dennistoun/Carntyne.

East end but one of the staunchest areas prior to the African influx.
