A bit late to the party on this one. This year the family are having last years Christmas holiday after Macron stopped UK travellers last Christmas. We will be in France skiing for Christmas then over to Austria for New year.
I hope everyone has a good time over the next couple of weeks.

As a Christian I like to believe I'm a decent person who'll happily go out of my way to help people. Before we went out for Panto night I took my credit card but also change for any tips, etc. I spent twenty minutes 'talking' to a homeless fella who didn't speak any English. I paid £1.20 today for an old Doris who was short paying her shopping bill, etc.

But at the end of every year I spend a little time sending messages to people who've pissed me off regardless of the consequences. I've just done that since the World Cup ended and feel quite pleased with myself.

Now that means I'm either an honourable person who says what he honestly thinks ...

... or a sad cynical knacker without a Christian bone in his body.

I'm still no nearer an answer <laugh>

As we all know, life is too short to hold grudges and Christmas if as good a time as any to put any in the past and start again.

Maybe I'm too soft, but the world's a nicer place when people get on

If you are a Druid or Saxon, you could light a bonfire in honour of Freya?

Not to put a downer on the festive thread but anyone else got chest infection? Had it for 3 weeks now, can't shake cough or regulate body temp. Gp keep saying viral and won't give me anything for it. Really really annoying on the build up.
