Manager gives players chance to redeem themselves, players don't take it.
Think there will be changes for next game.

Stewart, Cirkin and Roberts where waiting to come on when the embleton incident happened.

A lot of managers would have changed tack and maybe brought Ba on instead when Embo got the red, but we made the positive changes.

Goes without saying Stewart starts over Simms. Nowt wrong with Simms as back up, he's actually contributed to our season. Couldn't tell you a single thing the likes of Gooch, Neil and Embleton have contributed. Aye goals are more easily noticed, but earlier in the season Corry Evans played a few blinders, thought he ran the show against QPR, so that was a huge contribution. We need a CM partner for Evans ASAP

Some of the clips on social media I have seen that looks to be true!

I like Gooch but he isn't good enough for this level. Huggins will be a big upgrade. I'd like to see the French lads get more of a chance.

But if santa could bring me anything it would be Stewart signing a new long term deal and declaring his love for the club saying he will never leave (and meaning it not like Bent!).

Positive would have been to start with some of those players. Or at worst, after a stale first half, at half time.

    It's was reactive changes.

He was clearly making the changes, so for me that's being proactive. The sending off ****ed us

But a points a point. Not a great haul from WBA and Hull but it will do.

Need changes and 3 for boxing day.

The sending off, their player making a meal of it in my opinion

Hopefully Baath and Embo's injuries are minor.

We missed Baath at the back today

Agreed mate. I expected the ref to run off celebrating when they scored!

He was outthought against WBA and does not seem to be able to change unless forced.
When your players make wrong calls though, there is little you can do about it. Gooch doesn't have a football brain and his lazy pass to Stewart caused that goal ..he had an easy opening to Roberts but as usual took the wrong option.. .

He landed flat on his back was probably just winded, I'm more concerned about losing Baath. Ballard had cramp late on and seemed to be limping.
    Edit:
    Maybe not...

Respectful point today considering the circumstances. Well done lads and manager. Harsh red in my opinion.....I think the Hull defender went down like a bag of hammers because he thought he was going to get a red for the bump on Embelton. Still these things happen so we just move on. Clearly with Stewart and Ballard back our squad is becoming stronger and stronger....hence getting a result with 10 men. Hope we can keep Stewart not just for his goals but his work rate is off the charts. Test of leadership at the club....need to show Ross that we mean business and our intention is to get in the Premier League very quickly. A good January transfer window would help to convince him this is the place to be. Seems as though he loves the club......the fans certainly love him.

Absolutely he did. Embleton wouldn’t have been injured if their player had actually tied top Katy he ball. He jumped directly towards embleton. Never looked towards the ball, then collapsed to the floor when he got kicked. As i say, gooch was watching the ball for their goal, otherwise it could’ve been an identical scenario

He was on the gas and Air wasn't he with his knee strapped up. Baath is more of a concern as he would be a bigger miss but I reckon Embo is fine for the season!
