The new Dave Sexton? I'd certainly take that but I think the quiet man approach is the exception rather than the rule in this profession.
I've seen it indicated in the Sky schedules on the web. It's unusual for 3pm on a Saturday, but it was definitely marked there, alongside other games, as a red button game.
Possibly , a guaranteed second half sub when we need a lift, he always seems to give it, however let’s see if he still has a game or two in his locker when called upon to start before calling him past it !
Agree we need to give him a chance before saying he is past it, but think I'd still rather Armstrong given experience, or Richards given more of a chance to prove himself, and then Adomah used as a second half sub when the opposition are tiring.
